If you have a query that you would like to submit to the Bank for resolution, please follow the procedure below.Please note, you will be able to move to the next level only when you approach the previous level.

Level 1

Submitting a query for the first time

Please e-mail your query to us by clicking on the Send an e-mail button below. Also, mention your e-mail ID registered with us to help resolve your query seamlessly.

You are not satisfied with our previous response

If the resolution you received does not meet your expectations, please share the details of your query with Mr. Phani Kumar Thota, Head - Phone Banking.

You are not satisfied with our previous response

If you are unsatisfied with the responses you have received after following the first two levels of the query resolution mechanism, please write to Head - Customer Service Quality.

You are not satisfied with our previous response
